Decision Praxis operates as a community of experts, all of whom have a passion for helping organisations in any sector and of any size make better decisions and develop better strategy. The organisation was founded in 2015 by Dr David Reindorp, who has over 15 years experience of blending theory and practice to ensure optimal decision making in any change-related, business-as-usual or crisis situation.

David is the Founder and Executive Director of Decision Praxis and an expert in strategy development, critical thinking and strategic leadership. His working life began as a merchant banker but quickly changed when he ran away to sea and joined the Royal Navy where he commanded warships, trained future leaders, developed strategies, designed crisis response plans and formed and led high-performing teams to success in the most demanding of circumstances. For the past five years he has successfully provided decision and strategy support services to clients from industry, government and the 3rd Sector.
Rebecca is a Chartered Psychologist with over 15 years of experience in using psychology to solve business problems. Rebecca was awarded her MSc in Applied Psychology at Cranfield University in 2004 and went on to successfully deliver a wide range of projects for governments, regulators and industry both nationally and internationally.
Karen is a Chartered Business and Coaching Psychologist. Karen is an Accredited Master Executive Coach with over 20 years of coaching leaders from the public and private sectors. She uses her broad range of expertise in coaching, psychology and neuroscience to enable leaders to identify brain and behavioural changes that will unlock their individual potential to be agile and effective leaders.
Jeremy is a former army officer who now has 20 years of experience in assessing and developing leadership and organizational effectiveness. Jeremy has worked across the UK, Australasia, Asia and the USA with leadership groups, boards and executive teams for clients ranging from large technology, finance and consumer and pharmaceutical corporations, to local and national government, the NHS and manufacturing SMEs.
